We are hiring some Potential Candidates “Senior Manager – Quality (HOD)” for a Lingerie RMG factory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control operations.
• Ensure quality of fabric, trims, elastic, lace, sewing, finishing, and packing.
• Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections as per buyer standards.
• Analyze defects and implement RCA, CAPA, and quality improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, AQL, and quality standards.
• Manage buyer inspections, audits, and customer quality complaints.
• Lead, train, and develop the Quality team.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Apparel or relevant field. Experience: 10–15 years in Quality, preferably in Lingerie/Intimate Apparel, with 3–5 years in a managerial/HOD role.
