1st Executive Council Meeting of BSHCM Held at Sheraton Dhaka

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Farid A. Sobhani, President of BSHCM. The meeting was attended by Dr. Md. Musharrof Hossain, Chief Advisor; Mohammad Alamgir, Vice-President; Md. Kamruzzaman, Secretary General; Abu Shaleh Mohammed Shameem, Joint Secretary General; Mizanur Rahman, Organizing Secretary; Aleya Aktar, Treasurer; and Executive Council Members Jowel Rajoani Meah, Dr. Tasnuva Rahman, Mostak Ahmed Sobhani, Md. Manzurul Karim, and Mohammed Hamed Hasan Riyadh.

The meeting discussed a range of important organizational matters, including the Society’s upcoming activities, professional development initiatives, networking opportunities, and future strategic priorities.

The Executive Council emphasized the importance of creating a strong professional platform for HR and human capital professionals in Bangladesh, facilitating knowledge sharing, professional networking, capacity development, and the exchange of contemporary HR practices.

The meeting also highlighted the growing importance of effective human capital management in addressing the evolving needs of organizations and the changing workforce landscape of Bangladesh.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Executive Council members expressed their collective commitment to strengthening BSHCM as a professional platform for advancing human capital management, developing HR professionals, promoting professional collaboration, and contributing to organizational and workforce development in Bangladesh.
